Job Description
This role involves developing and shaping innovative IT Business Apps using Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to improve IT processes such as Service Management, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, while contributing to product development and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their IT pain points and discover new process areas.
- Collaborate on innovation topics such as Infrastructure Mining, AI, Cybersecurity, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Participate in all stages of product development from ideation to scaling solutions across customers.
- Utilize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to develop innovative IT solutions.
- Guide and influence feature development by collaborating with platform product managers and engineers.
- Define user experience in partnership with the UX team.
Requirements
- Experience in Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, Product Management, Operations Research or comparable roles
- Expertise in data analysis including with tools native to the Celonis platform such as SQL, PQL, and Python
- Experience with IT Service Management processes and systems such as ServiceNow, BMC, Jira
- Experience with SAP ERP is a strong plus
- Project management experience and excellent planning and organizational skills
- Creativity in problem solving, solution-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate well within and outside the team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
