Job Description
This role involves working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to develop and enhance Business Apps in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce, utilizing the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to create innovative solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand their pain points in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, and Commerce.
- Identify and develop new solutions to address customer pain points within these domains.
- Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to scaling solutions.
- Utilize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform to create innovative solutions for the Front Office.
- Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to influence feature development.
- Define user experience aspects of products in partnership with the UX team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Solution Engineering, IT, Implementation Consulting, Business Analytics, or comparable roles.
- Expertise in data analysis using tools native to the Celonis platform, including SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Experience with Front Office Solutions such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales and Service Automation Software, Marketing and Commerce Platforms, Communication Software Systems, or Customer Experience Platforms is a plus.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with project management experience.
- Creativity in problem solving, solution-oriented mindset, self-motivated, able to work independently and collaborate well within and outside the team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work very closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
