Job Description
An internship role in AI Management Consulting at Celonis, focusing on analyzing customer data, identifying business challenges, creating value propositions using process intelligence and AI, and collaborating with clients to drive process improvements and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to identify process inefficiencies and create actionable use cases
- Collaborate with customers and partners to understand business challenges and align solutions
- Quantify the financial impact of implemented use cases and prepare management presentations
- Leverage Celonis data modeling and AI capabilities to generate insights and value propositions
- Present findings and solutions to customers, including C-level executives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical and business expertise
Requirements
- Student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Technology Management, Economics, Mathematics or of a comparable program
- Strong communicational skills and interest in interacting with potential customers
- Confidence to present to C-level executives and larger audiences
- Have a passion for technology, data, OpenAI and LLMs and the impact it can have on the world
- Experience in consulting and highly interested in Data Analytics
- Knowledge in SQL and Python or related database query languages
- Completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a plus
- Analytical mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute
- Effective communicator and business fluent in English
- Availability from April or May onwards for at least five months
