Job Description
The AI Deployment Architect at Celonis is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling innovative AI solutions for customers using the Process Intelligence platform, working closely with technical teams and clients to deliver value and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and scale AI solutions and automations using the Process Intelligence platform tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and GTM teams to standardize AI solutions and bring them to scale for customers.
- Prototype and develop AI solutions, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
- Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the platform to drive innovation and expand offerings.
- Engage with customers to understand their problems and pitch the AI value proposition and vision.
- Define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers.
- Train internal teams on positioning and deploying AI solutions.
- Architect end-to-end deployments encompassing AI and process automation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years working experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and/or respective Software deployment.
- Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software SaaS Provider, or alternatively in an Inhouse role such as Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in production level acceptance testing and delivering end-to-end solutions.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions.
- Strong technical acumen to be able to choose the right AI solution technology for the respective customer pain point.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
