Job Description
The Chief of Staff will join the executive management team to support strategy development, communication, and execution across all functions of the company, playing a key role in advancing Catalyze's mission to accelerate the transition to renewable energy through strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the executive management team in crafting, communicating, and executing key strategic initiatives.
- Support cross-functional operations and strategy development across the company.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among senior leadership and various departments.
- Help prioritize and manage projects and initiatives to align with company goals.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
Requirements
- The candidate must be an experienced professional with the ability to join the executive management team and help craft, communicate, and execute key strategy initiatives across the company.
- The role requires a mix of strategy and operations, with the ability to wear hats across all functions of the business at any given time.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related leadership role.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration and innovative thinking skills.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with c-suite members and across the organization.
- The candidate must have a proven ability to manage or coordinate multiple functions within a company.
- The candidate must have a track record of working in or with renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or related industries (preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory).
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- The candidate must be able to perform physical demands associated with the role, if any, as implied by the nature of executive support and strategic planning activities.

Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $140,000 to $175,000 USD (depending on location and experience)
