A full-time IT Support Specialist responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a hybrid corporate environment, supporting endpoint deployments, and assisting with IT projects to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
Must be a full-time IT Support Specialist joining the Information Technology team.
Must serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across a hybrid corporate environment.
Must have strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have a solid understanding of endpoint, identity, networking, and security fundamentals.
Must be able to resolve hardware, software, and network related issues to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Must support endpoint deployments.
Must maintain documentation related to IT support activities.
Must assist with IT projects.
Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week.
Must be willing to travel occasionally to additional office or field locations.
