Job Description

A full-time IT Support Specialist responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a hybrid corporate environment, supporting endpoint deployments, and assisting with IT projects to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
  • Support endpoint deployments
  • Maintain IT documentation
  • Assist with IT projects

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time IT Support Specialist joining the Information Technology team.
  • Must serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across a hybrid corporate environment.
  • Must have strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must have a solid understanding of endpoint, identity, networking, and security fundamentals.
  • Must be able to resolve hardware, software, and network related issues to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Must support endpoint deployments.
  • Must maintain documentation related to IT support activities.
  • Must assist with IT projects.
  • Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to additional office or field locations.
