Job Description
A full-time IT Support Specialist responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a hybrid corporate environment, supporting endpoint deployments, and assisting with IT projects to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Support endpoint deployments
- Maintain IT documentation
- Assist with IT projects
Requirements
- Must be a full-time IT Support Specialist joining the Information Technology team.
- Must serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues across a hybrid corporate environment.
- Must have strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a solid understanding of endpoint, identity, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Must be able to resolve hardware, software, and network related issues to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Must support endpoint deployments.
- Must maintain documentation related to IT support activities.
- Must assist with IT projects.
- Must be available to work onsite 3 days per week.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to additional office or field locations.
