Job Description

The Chief of Staff will join the executive management team to support strategy development, communication, and execution across the company, playing a key role in coordinating operations and initiatives within a renewable energy company focused on solar, storage, and electric vehicle infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the executive management team in crafting, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional operations and strategy development across the company.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among senior leadership and departments.
  • Help prioritize and manage key projects and initiatives to align with company goals.
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to support decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements

  • The candidate must be an experienced professional with the ability to join the executive management team and help craft, communicate, and execute key strategy initiatives across the company.
  • The role requires a mix of strategy and operations experience, with the ability to wear hats across all functions of the business at any given time.
  • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management, strategy, or operations role, demonstrating the ability to lead and coordinate across multiple functions.
  • Proven ability to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives at an organizational level.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with c-suite members and other senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively craft and communicate strategic initiatives to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in the renewable energy sector or related industries such as solar, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, or microgrids is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
  • The candidate must be able to operate effectively across all functions of the business, including strategy, operations, finance, and project development.
  • The candidate must possess a relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree or higher, in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt to and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation/salary range: $140,000 to $175,000 USD (depending on location, experience, and skill set)
