Job Description
A Salesforce Administrator role focused on developing and maintaining business systems like Salesforce and NetSuite, collaborating with teams to improve processes, and ensuring system compliance to support Canonical's global operations in a remote, EMEA-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems
- Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
- Learn and understand Canonical business processes
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback based on seniority
- Develop and promote engineering and organizational best practices
Requirements

- Learn Canonical business processes
- Possess an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
- Hold an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or have a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path
- Demonstrate a track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results
- Have experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM ERP systems
- Possess professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
- Be result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments
- Be able to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long
