Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Execute outbound sales marketing campaigns
Travel to events and conferences to promote products and generate sales opportunities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and senior stakeholders to drive results
Research prospective customers and market trends
Identify prospects and generate a sales pipeline
Liaise with customers to set up meetings and identify new opportunities
Create, update, and nurture leads on global opportunities
