Job Description
This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales development representatives to generate and maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline, while fostering skill development, culture, and continuous improvement within a global open source software company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs and BDRs to develop their sales skills and culture.
- Maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline through inbound and outbound lead management.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and approaches.
- Use data analytics to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a curious, flexible, scientific approach
- Creative problem solving and cross team collaboration skills
- Leadership experience of one form or another
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- Primary objective to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs and BDRs, and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
