Job Description
This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales development representatives to generate and maintain a multi-million dollar sales pipeline, while fostering skill development and a culture of continuous improvement in a remote, innovative open-source technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs to maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
- Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies
- Train and develop sales professionals to improve their skills and performance
- Use data to analyze team activities and drive continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
- Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
- Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a curious, flexible, and scientific approach
- Creative problem solving and ability to collaborate across teams
- Leadership experience of one form or another
- Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
- Primary responsibility to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs and BDRs, and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
