Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of 2-10 SDRs/BDRs to maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
Develop and implement outbound and inbound sales strategies
Train and develop sales professionals to improve their skills and performance
Use data to analyze team activities and drive continuous improvement
Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance within the team
Requirements
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM
Knowledge and passion for business development, sales, and technology
Track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a curious, flexible, and scientific approach
Creative problem solving and ability to collaborate across teams
Leadership experience of one form or another
Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
Primary responsibility to manage and mentor a successful team of 2-10 SDRs and BDRs, and maintain a multi-million dollar pipeline
