Job Description

This entry-level role involves supporting talent acquisition processes through data analysis, candidate assessment, and process optimization, with a focus on behavioral interview techniques and psychometrics, in a remote, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques and psychometric tools
  • Analyze and interpret talent data using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation efficiencies in hiring practices
  • Support projects that utilize advanced analytics to optimize hiring outcomes
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to design and implement talent solutions
  • Understand and support the use of systems and platforms related to hiring processes
  • Provide ticket support and resolve questions related to hiring procedures
  • Learn and apply talent assessment methods and contribute to talent selection strategies

Requirements

  • Possess a psychology-based degree with an exceptional academic track record from high school and university, including an undergraduate degree in a psychology or people-based subject.
  • Have some relevant experience from the field of talent, from either university coursework relating to talent selection or from an internship or first job in a talent team.
  • Demonstrate an analytical mindset with a high level of curiosity to integrate data to draw insights and outcomes using SQL or Python, with advanced statistical analysis being advantageous.
  • Have the ability to prioritize and deliver work in a fast-paced environment with a good level of self-motivation and drive to operate in a remote-based environment.
  • Possess great communication skills to work closely with senior stakeholders and ensure they stay on track with their hiring targets.
  • Show a passion and interest for technology platforms and automations to help drive efficiencies in processes.
  • Be able to travel internationally 2-4 times a year, for company events, occasionally for two weeks.
  • Have professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate results-driven attitude with the ability to work at pace, with strong project management skills to roadmap, plan, and deliver objectives working with the team.
