Key Responsibilities
Assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques and psychometric tools
Analyze and interpret talent data using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
Contribute to process improvements and documentation efficiencies in hiring practices
Support projects that utilize advanced analytics to optimize hiring outcomes
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to design and implement talent solutions
Understand and troubleshoot hiring systems and platforms
Assist with ticket support and resolve process-related issues
Learn and apply talent assessment methodologies and tools
Participate in talent-related projects to drive successful hiring strategies
Requirements
Possess a psychology-based degree with an exceptional academic track record from high school and university, specifically an undergraduate degree in a psychology or people-based subject.
Have some relevant experience from the field of talent, from either university coursework relating to talent selection or from an internship or first job in a talent team.
Demonstrate an analytical mindset with a high level of curiosity to integrate data to draw insights and outcomes using SQL or Python.
Have the ability to prioritize and deliver work in a fast-paced environment with a good level of self-motivation and drive to operate in a remote-based environment.
Possess great communication skills to work closely with senior stakeholders and ensure they stay on track with their hiring targets.
Show a passion and interest for technology platforms and automations to help drive efficiencies in processes.
Be able to learn how to assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques.
Gain a deep appreciation of the use of psychometrics in the workplace.
Work on process and documentation efficiencies that fuel hiring practices.
