Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Execute outbound sales marketing campaigns

Identify sales prospects and generate a sales pipeline
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to drive results
Attend events and conferences to promote products and generate sales opportunities
Liaise with customers to set up meetings and identify new opportunities
Maintain and nurture leads on a global opportunities database
