A Talent Scientist role focused on sourcing and coaching senior leadership talent within the technology industry, utilizing data analytics and behavioral assessments to improve hiring outcomes in a remote, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop search strategies to facilitate smooth talent pipeline movement
Coach senior leadership teams on sourcing and attracting senior talent
Drive talent analytics using SQL or Python to identify trends and insights
Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to assess motivations and behaviors
Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders to meet hiring goals
Monitor and improve hiring processes and outcomes
Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring practices
Requirements
Professional experience of headhunting from a reputable executive search firm or in-house search function, with an informed opinion of strategies and experience of successfully sourcing senior talent in the Technology industry.
Experience of identifying and approaching senior leadership talent from either a professional search firm or from an in-house search function, working within the Technology industry.
Proficiency in market mapping and using tools to identify future talent.
Strong analytical problem solving ability to identify trends and patterns from data using SQL or Python.
Experience of conducting behavioural, competency based interviews with the ability to train stakeholders and advise on how to get the best out of an interview.
An academic background including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a people-based subject and a good level of Maths from High School.
Willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each.
High level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective.
