Job Description
This role involves leading and managing strategic talent science projects to optimize hiring outcomes, leveraging data and behavioral science, while coaching and mentoring a team of professionals in a remote, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the strategic Talent Science project roadmap, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Design and implement solutions to complex talent acquisition problems to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Develop and maintain talent selection processes and frameworks aligned with high performance and career development goals.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their analytical skills and thought leadership capabilities.
- Act as a credible advisor and leader in the absence of the Head of Talent Science, representing the team to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with company leaders to communicate and align on the vision for talent acquisition and development.
- Drive efficiencies and create new processes to improve talent selection and hiring outcomes.
- Utilize data analysis and project management skills to support evidence-based decision-making in talent acquisition.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in a psychology or people based subject.
- Experience of working with career frameworks and hiring outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects using exceptional project management skills.
- Experience of leading and coaching a team within the technology or consulting industry to deliver results.
- Deep understanding of selection processes, career frameworks, and building internal products to ensure talent selection criteria match desired outcomes.
- Advanced analytical ability to dissect and analyze data using SQL, Python, and/or statistical analysis.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with strong presentation skills suitable for a senior audience.
- Ability to travel internationally 4 times a year for company events.
