Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage travel, logistics, event planning, scheduling, and expense policies for the company.
Coordinate large-scale company events, including planning, venue selection, scheduling, operations, and safety reviews.
Oversee travel procurement, logistics, visas, and manage unexpected travel complications to ensure efficiency and safety.
Serve as an independent check on expense claim approvals, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Provide traditional executive assistant services across departments, including scheduling meetings and coordinating reports.
Manage small projects or initiatives related to travel, events, or logistics.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and duty of care policies for global company operations.
Participate in company event planning and execution to ensure smooth operations and safety.
Requirements
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
An undergraduate degree in a technical or business subject
