This role involves contributing to architectural design, coordination, and detailing within a multidisciplinary team, with responsibilities including project management, client communication, site observations, and team leadership, primarily in healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to design, production, coordination, and detailing of architectural projects within a multidisciplinary team
Assist in coordinating engineering systems with consultants and engineers
Maintain communication with owners and consultants regarding project status and design concerns
Prepare design sketches for site plans and ensure project documents are coordinated across disciplines
Evaluate designs for code compliance and assist in plan review and approvals
Perform field site observations and visits, including physical site walk-throughs
Coordinate with team members on project assignments and deadlines
Supervise, monitor, and potentially train or lead interns and less experienced staff
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
Minimum of 6 years of related professional experience required.
Must be a fully qualified professional.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
Must be a critical thinker.
Must be highly analytical.
Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects required.
