Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate sustainable design strategies for multiple building projects
Oversee documentation process for rating systems like LEED
Guide sustainable design through workshops, charrettes, and stakeholder engagement
Research materials and systems to improve health and wellness of projects
Facilitate in-house design team and client meetings
Perform building energy and life cycle analysis
Conduct site visits to verify conditions and document construction for LEED and other standards
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Environmental Design preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.
LEED AP BD+C certification required.
Experience managing or facilitating sustainable design strategies for multiple institutional and commercial building design and construction projects.
Experience managing the documentation process for rating systems and standards, primarily LEED.
Ability to guide the sustainable design process through workshops, design charrettes, stakeholder engagement, etc.
Experience researching materials, systems, and approaches to improve the health and wellness of projects.
Ability to perform building energy and life cycle analysis.
Experience with site visits to verify conditions and document construction for LEED requirements, including physical walk-through of sites.
