Job Description

This position is a senior project management role focused on leading design integration, team leadership, client relations, and project delivery for large-scale architectural and interior design projects, including healthcare facilities, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management with a focus on design integration and team leadership
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships and communicate project issues clearly
  • Manage design and documentation processes during construction
  • Coordinate and lead project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, and profitability goals
  • Implement quality assurance and quality control standards and participate in related processes

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required.
  • Minimum of 12 years related experience, including managing projects with construction budgets of 70 million dollars or more.
  • Demonstrated strong project management experience with a specific focus on interior design, planning, furniture, and wayfinding design.
  • Current Licensure preferred.
  • LEED certification preferred.
  • Capability of performing in a project management role for large or multiple projects and training project managers.
  • Strong client leadership and project team management capability for large or multiple projects.
  • Must possess strong business acumen.
  • Ability to perform as a leader of authority, with expert level knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team and client is essential.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required.
  • Professional business attire is required for client meetings, including suits, ties, collared dress shirts, dresses, and skirts.
  • Travel is required.
