Job Description
This role involves leading the East Region of CannonDesign's health market, focusing on strategic growth, client relationship management, team development, and market positioning to drive business success and promote Living-Centered Design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the East Region, focusing on growth of the health market.
- Develop and lead high-performance, diverse teams aligned with regional strategies.
- Create and implement regional business plans to drive market growth and brand opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with target clients to achieve revenue growth.
- Lead client engagement at high levels, fostering long-term relationships and innovative solutions.
- Represent the firm externally and internally to enhance brand recognition and market presence.
- Develop strategic initiatives and pursuit strategies to expand the regional market.
- Collaborate on business development efforts to grow top-line revenue and meet profitability goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse team, fostering leadership and professional growth.
- Engage in strategic activities, market intelligence, and differentiation to position the firm competitively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Health Market.
- Strong presentation skills are essential.
- Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
- Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing, accountable teams.
- Must be able to demonstrate sound judgment and a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- Some travel is required.

Salary range: 195,800 to 244,750 annually
