Job Description
This role involves preparing and analyzing regional revenue and profitability forecasts, monitoring project performance, reviewing contracts and invoices, and supporting financial reporting to help achieve the firm's financial goals. It requires collaboration with project teams and leadership within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze regional revenue and profitability forecasts, including project staffing and schedules.
- Report monthly regional project revenue and review performance and projection variances.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, reporting findings to Project Managers and Operations Leaders.
- Ensure project team adherence to contract terms and participate in measuring project progress and profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and input new work plans.
- Review consultant contracts and invoices for accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
- Oversee regional invoicing to ensure timely and accurate billing and facilitate collection of receivables.
- Provide year-end audit schedules and perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience required.
- Must be detail oriented, an analytical thinker, and possess strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a professional service firm is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office is required.
- Deltek Vision experience preferred.
