This position is a senior project management role focused on leading design projects, managing client relationships, overseeing team performance, ensuring quality and compliance, and contributing to business development within an architectural or engineering firm, primarily in healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop client relationships to secure future opportunities.
Manage project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, and profitability goals.
Oversee design and documentation processes during construction.
Develop and manage project work plans, budgets, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, risk management, and quality standards.
Facilitate team collaboration, provide mentorship, and promote a positive team environment.
Implement company processes, standards, and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree required
Minimum of 10 years related experience required
Previous experience on Healthcare projects is required
Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects
Licensure or registration in the United States preferred
LEED accreditation preferred
Must have advanced knowledge in discipline
Must possess business acumen
Must have strong client leadership skills
Strong project team management skills, capable of managing single or multiple projects
Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam as well as other data management software is required

Salary range of $127,600 to $159,500 annually (may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills)
