Job Description
This position is a senior project management and leadership role within an architectural or design firm, responsible for overseeing project delivery, client relations, team management, and business development to ensure high-quality, profitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop client relationships to generate future opportunities
- Manage project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, and profitability goals
- Oversee design, documentation, and implementation during construction
- Develop and manage project work plans, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and quality assurance processes
- Identify and mitigate project risks through risk management planning
- Coordinate workload and provide leadership and mentoring to team members
- Communicate project objectives and progress effectively to clients and team
- Participate in business development and marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
- HCAI experience required.
- Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects.
- Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Must have advanced knowledge in discipline.
- Must possess business acumen.
- Must have strong client leadership skills.
- Strong project team management skills, capable of managing single or multiple projects.
- Must be capable of leading and mentoring less experienced staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software is required.

Salary range of $117,000 to $146,200 annually
