Job Description
The People and Performance Consultant is responsible for transforming research-backed insights into actionable strategies that enhance well-being, productivity, and engagement in organizations, focusing on human-centered design solutions. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop tools and strategies that quantify the impact of physical spaces on human performance across various markets.
Responsibilities
- •Translate research into practice using insights from neuroscience, wellness, and human performance.
- •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create user-centered design solutions.
- •Develop analytical tools to quantify and visualize human aspects of space.
- •Create client-facing digital tools and dashboards that illustrate the impact of physical space on performance.
- •Increase adoption of digital tools and techniques with clients and internally.
- •Identify and position strategic consulting opportunities across various markets.
- •Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and internal partners.
- •Contribute to thought leadership through content creation and presentations.
- •Support business development efforts and secure a minimum of $250k in signed fees annually.
- •Achieve profitability targets on projects and maintain a balance of marketing and business development.
Requirements
- •Master's degree preferred, bachelor's degree required with a preference for studies in Architecture and Business.
- •10 years of architecture experience across multiple market sectors.
- •10 years of experience leading teams and managing internal initiatives.
- •Deep expertise in computational design, including tool-building, data visualization, interactive dashboards, and experience integrating AI into workflows for image and text generation.
- •Extensive experience presenting to clients, industry conferences, and internal leadership.
- •Strategic and analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges.
- •Achieve a minimum of 250k of Blue Cottage net signed fee per year for the People Analytics Performance Consulting practice.
- •Contribute to 10 Year-over-Year growth of Blue Cottage.
- •Achieve a minimum 15% profitability on projects you lead or in which you participate.
- •Hit a billable utilization target of 65% or more or generate equivalent value in new business and projects.
- •Complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and the Code of Conduct.
