Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage client relationships within the New York City health market, ensuring successful project outcomes and long-term engagement.
Develop and pursue new business opportunities with target and existing clients to generate net signed fees, aiming for a personal goal of $2.0M annually.
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and high-quality service delivery.
Strategize and plan with clients to understand their needs and assemble expert teams to deliver innovative, state-of-the-art solutions.
Collaborate with firm leadership to implement business practices and achieve financial and strategic goals.
Requirements
At least 12 years of experience in the Health Market, preferably working in the A E I industry, with a proven track record of client and team leadership.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field is required.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
Must have client leadership experience within an office or a market, with multiple client relationships.
Must have experience focused on developing new opportunities and building long-term relationships with both new target and existing clients.
Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
Must possess business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
Must have the professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
Some travel required.
