Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead high-performance, diverse teams focused on the Education Market.

Manage overall market financial performance, including achieving profitability and revenue targets.
Assess, mentor, recruit, and develop staff to build a high-performing, inclusive team.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Current Registration Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering is preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Education Market.
Strong presentation skills are essential.
Exceptional client and people leadership skills are required.
