This position involves contributing to architectural design and development for a large healthcare facility project, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, creating visualizations, and supporting project coordination under supervision, with opportunities for leadership and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Prepare design presentations, including 3D visualizations and illustrative graphics
Contribute to the production of BIM models and related deliverables
Participate in project coordination with other disciplines
Review shop drawing submittals under guidance from the Project Architect
Participate in site visits and project team meetings
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience required.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.
Experience with design, material selection, coordination, and architectural development as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts including 3D design visualizations and other illustrative graphics.
Ability to contribute to the production of the BIM model and associated deliverables under direction.
Ability to participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
Willingness to take on a leadership role within the team on a particular project issue or topic.
Ability to review shop drawing submittals with guidance from the Project Architect.
Willingness to participate in site visits.
Ability to attend and actively participate in project team meetings.
Professional business attire required for client meetings, including suits, ties, collared dress shirts, dresses, and skirts.
Travel required.
Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
