This position involves contributing to architectural design and development as part of a multidisciplinary team, including creating visualizations, participating in project coordination, and supporting BIM and construction documentation efforts under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Prepare design presentations, including 3D visualizations and graphics
Assist in producing BIM models and related project deliverables
Coordinate with other disciplines on project tasks
Review shop drawing submittals under guidance
Participate in site visits and project meetings
Lead or take responsibility for specific project issues or topics
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience required.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.
Experience with computational design tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.
Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
