A Human Resources Manager role responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, performance, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and HR metrics to support the growth and positive culture of a fast-growing engineering consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Oversee onboarding processes and coordinate new hire data collection
Identify training needs and develop employee training programs
Oversee payroll processing, job audits, and classification studies
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain HR metrics, conduct reporting, and provide compensation benchmarking
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager in a mid-sized company, preferably in a professional services industry
Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience in gathering and analyzing data to drive decision making
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
