Job Description

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for conducting field evaluations, designing, and analyzing electrical power distribution systems for industrial plants, supporting project execution, and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure successful infrastructure development and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with field evaluations of electrical power distribution systems
Develop calculations, repair drawings, and scope of work packages
Participate in client and contractor meetings and oversee written reports
Provide technical support for field execution and outage turnaround projects
Assist in constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Experience typically 0 to 2 years
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering codes, Arc Flash preferred
Licensure as E.I.T.
Must possess physical mobility on the ground and at heights
Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms scaffolding ladders using the appropriate and required fall protection
Must be able to work in all weather conditions including heat, rain, cold, and wind while wearing the appropriate PPE
Must be able to position yourself to work in confined spaces
Must adhere to a client’s random drug testing program prior to entering their site
Must meet a client’s facial hair safety policy prior to entering their site
