This role provides operational and financial support for Brightcore Energy's geothermal division, focusing on financial forecasting, SOP development, scheduling, and system administration to ensure efficient project execution and organizational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor monthly financial review packages, forecasts, and track budget vs. actuals.
Draft, update, and standardize operational SOPs and manage their rollout and compliance.
Manage the Director of Operations' calendar to align with project milestones and leadership priorities.
Serve as the system administrator and power user for Procore, Monday.com, and OneDrive, building dashboards and reports.
Support training of new hires on systems and workflows to ensure adoption and consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
Strong background in operations management and financial planning with 5 to 7 years of experience preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in Procore, Monday.com, and OneDrive.
Skilled in building forecasts, financial reports, and process workflows.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, project managers, finance, and field staff.
Prior experience in construction, drilling, or energy sector operations is strongly preferred.
Support the preparation of monthly financial review packages for leadership, including developing, monitoring, and updating project and divisional forecasts in coordination with the Director of Operations and finance team.
Track budget vs. actuals and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support ERP Procore financial integrations and reconciliations.
Draft, update, and standardize all operational SOPs across the geothermal division.
Manage SOP rollout and ensure adoption across field and office teams.
Act as a point of contact for SOP-related training, questions, and compliance.
Continuously refine SOPs based on lessons learned and feedback loops.
Manage the Director of Operations calendar, ensuring alignment with project milestones, leadership priorities, and field support needs.
