Job Description
A Sales Representative role in the Roofing Repairs division at Roof One, responsible for generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and helping bring peace of mind to customers in the Detroit area with the support of company-provided leads, vehicle, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell roofing repair services to customers in the Detroit area
- Utilize provided leads and industry sales system to generate sales
- Maintain respect for homeowners and their property during interactions
Requirements
- Must be an authentic individual willing to help bring Peace of Mind to customers around the Detroit area.
- Must be trained and certified in their task at hand (implying a requirement for relevant training and certification).
- Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a company vehicle (implied by the provision of a company vehicle and fuel).
- Must be able to work in a team environment demonstrating camaraderie and respect for homeowners and their property.
- Must be willing to learn and utilize the Industry Leading Sales System and handle Hot Leads provided by the company.
- Must be able to succeed in a sales role, which includes engaging with customers and closing sales (implied by the sales representative position).
