Job Description

The Sales Representative Masonry at Bone Dry Roofing meets with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, utilizing a leading sales system to build customer relationships and drive sales in the home improvement industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to discuss solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
  • Guide homeowners through the sales process using the company's sales system
  • Utilize provided leads and sales tools to generate and close sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
  • Be introduced to and utilize the company's Industry Leading Sales System, including all provided tools and leads.
  • Possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers and create a supportive environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Participate in training and development programs provided by the employer.
  • Be capable of career advancement within the company, starting from roles such as apprentice, technician, administration, customer service, or sales.
