The Field Project Foreman oversees residential roofing projects, managing interior and exterior work to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion while leading and coordinating the crew on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage interior and exterior roofing projects in the field
Coordinate and supervise roofing crews to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Ensure timely completion of roofing projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Requirements
Must have experience in field project management, specifically as a Project Foreman overseeing interior and exterior roofing projects.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential roofing or related construction fields.
Must possess strong leadership skills to manage and supervise crew members effectively.
Must be trained and certified in relevant roofing or construction safety standards and practices.
Must have the ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints related to roofing projects.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills to coordinate with homeowners, crew members, and office staff.
Must be physically capable of performing roofing tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights, with physical demands consistent with roofing work.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate company or personal vehicles for project-related travel.
