Job Description
A sales role focused on meeting with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, supported by comprehensive training and a proven sales system, with opportunities for career growth within the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their needs for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through solutions for their home improvement projects
- Utilize the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system to support sales processes
- Participate in training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Have a customer service background or be interested in a career change to sales.
- Be willing to be fully trained and supported in the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system.
- Be located in or willing to work in multiple locations within the Indianapolis area, including Northside and Southside of Indianapolis.
