A Commercial Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for selling roofing services, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of a reputable roofing company through sales efforts and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential roofing services
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and clients
Provide consultations and estimates for roofing projects
Promote Bone Dry Roofing's services and value proposition to potential customers
Coordinate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
Requirements
Must have experience in commercial roofing sales or related sales experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to communicate effectively with homeowners, clients, and team members.
Must be able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
Must be willing to undergo training and certification related to roofing and sales.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or sales certifications are preferred but not explicitly required.
Must be physically capable of performing sales activities that may include traveling to job sites and meeting clients.
Must be able to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth objectives.
