Job Description
A Roofing Service Technician at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for performing residential and commercial roofing tasks, providing high-quality craftsmanship, and delivering excellent customer service, with opportunities for training and career growth within a supportive, family-owned company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards during roofing projects
Requirements
- Motivated and reliable individuals who are ready to grow with a company that values hard work, accountability, and long-term success
- Willingness to begin in production as an apprentice or technician, or in administration, customer service, or sales, with the ability to participate in provided training and development leading to career advancement opportunities
- Ability to work in residential and commercial roofing environments

- Ability to take pride in work and be driven
- Compliance with all safety standards and procedures related to roofing work
- Availability to work full-time hours as required by the company
