Job Description
The Roofing Production Supervisor oversees roofing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, while leading and training a team in a family-oriented company committed to customer satisfaction and proper craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to crew members
- Ensure work is completed correctly the first time
- Maintain respect for homeowners and their property during projects
- Coordinate resources and materials for roofing projects
- Uphold safety standards and company values on job sites
Requirements
- Must be a take charge individual who is proactive and able to lead effectively
- Must have a strong commitment to ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time
- Must be willing to participate in training programs including ride along coaching
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities and team members
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property
- Must be able to work as part of a family-owned and operated team environment
