Job Description
A Customer Service Representative at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to provide outstanding service, address customer inquiries and complaints, schedule appointments, and ensure a positive customer experience in an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call
- Address customer questions and complaints effectively
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide outstanding service to customers.
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be customer-focused, detail-oriented, efficient, professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
- Work onsite at the Indianapolis office.
- Availability to work one of the following shifts: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, 8:00am to 5:00pm, or 10:00am to 7:00pm.
