Job Description
The Roofing Production Supervisor oversees roofing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, while leading and training a team within a family-oriented company dedicated to customer satisfaction and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance skills and performance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Coordinate with crews and management to meet project deadlines
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must be a take charge individual who likes things to be done right the first time
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities effectively
- Must be willing to participate in training programs including ride along coaching
- Must have a commitment to respect for homeowners and their property
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a family-owned and operated environment
- Must be capable of understanding and adhering to safety and quality standards in roofing tasks
