Job Description
The Roofing Production Supervisor oversees roofing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while leading and training a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety at Bone Dry Roofing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance skills and performance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites
- Coordinate with crews and management to meet project deadlines
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must be a take charge individual who is proactive and responsible
- Ability to ensure that roofing tasks are done correctly the first time
- Willingness to participate in training programs including ride along coaching
- Must be able to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to a family-oriented company culture
- Must have respect for homeowners and their property, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company standards during roofing operations
- Must be willing to learn and be certified in the tasks required for roofing production supervision
