Job Description
A Paid Ads Manager responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns to promote the company's roofing, gutter, and masonry services, contributing to the growth and success of a family-owned business with a national presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports to inform strategy adjustments
Requirements
- Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, including creating, optimizing, and analyzing ad performance.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant digital advertising tools.
- Ability to develop and implement paid ad strategies to meet marketing objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in budget management for paid advertising campaigns, including allocating and optimizing ad spend.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking skills to develop engaging ad content and strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid advertising or digital marketing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
