Job Description
The Head Mason oversees and coordinates masonry projects, manages a team of skilled masons, and ensures high standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety in brickwork, stonework, and concrete construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all masonry projects within the organization
- Manage a team of skilled masons
- Ensure successful completion of masonry assignments
- Maintain high standards of masonry craftsmanship and construction techniques
- Train and mentor masonry team members
