Field Supervisor

• Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards • Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors • Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, start to finish • Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed • Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc. • Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations • Daily travel in the home market • Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to work overtime as needed • 1-3 years industry experience preferred • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
