A full-time onsite Customer Service Representative responsible for engaging with callers, understanding their needs, providing reassurance, and enhancing the customer experience for a roofing company in Sarasota, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Listen to callers to understand their needs and reasons for contact
- Provide reassurance and relieve customer stress
- Assist customers by giving directions or guidance as needed
- Start the process to address customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Enhance customer experience through thoughtful communication and support
Requirements
- Ability to thoughtfully listen to callers, understand the reason for their call, uncover their needs, relieve their stress, and reassure them that you can start the process to provide peace of mind.
- Full-time availability to work onsite at the Sarasota, FL Office Location.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting with others and helping people.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist and engage with customers.
- Ability to give directions to someone who looks lost (implying good interpersonal skills and willingness to assist).
