Job Description
The Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pipeline, while managing recruitment processes and maintaining candidate records in a production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing platforms
- Conduct phone screens, personal interviews, and reference checks
- Maintain and update applicant records and job opening postings
- Document interview outcomes and job offers
- Achieve weekly recruitment metrics and targets
- Design and send candidate correspondence letters and emails
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience required
- Industry experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) required
- Ability to use multiple sourcing mediums, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, SourceWhale, cold calling, and internet research, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
- Experience in developing and demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, conducting phone screens, personal interviews, and reference checks
- Ability to achieve weekly recruitment metrics
- Ability to maintain and update applicant records and document interviews and job offers regularly
- Experience in maintaining job openings on corporate website and industry job boards
- Ability to design candidate correspondence letters and emails
- Must be familiar with employment practices
- Ability to travel to local events and company outings nationally
