Job Description

The Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various channels to build a diverse talent pipeline, while managing recruitment processes and maintaining candidate records in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates using multiple sourcing platforms
  • Conduct phone screens, personal interviews, and reference checks
  • Maintain and update applicant records and job opening postings
  • Document interview outcomes and job offers
  • Achieve weekly recruitment metrics and targets
  • Design and send candidate correspondence letters and emails

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience required
  • Industry experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) required
  • Ability to use multiple sourcing mediums, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, SourceWhale, cold calling, and internet research, to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
  • Experience in developing and demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, conducting phone screens, personal interviews, and reference checks
  • Ability to achieve weekly recruitment metrics
  • Ability to maintain and update applicant records and document interviews and job offers regularly
  • Experience in maintaining job openings on corporate website and industry job boards
  • Ability to design candidate correspondence letters and emails
  • Must be familiar with employment practices
  • Ability to travel to local events and company outings nationally
