Job Description
A Customer Service Representative role focused on handling high volumes of calls, providing outstanding service, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries in a roofing company's onsite office in Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to assist customers
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call
- Address questions or complaints from customers
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide outstanding service to customers.
- Listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
- Schedule appointments with customers as part of customer service responsibilities.
- Be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient in performing job duties.
- Maintain a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable demeanor while working onsite at the Indianapolis office.
- Work a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule from Friday to Monday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break.
