Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the residential roofing market
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and clients
Present roofing solutions and proposals to potential customers
Close sales and achieve sales targets
Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Must have experience in commercial sales or related sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites and company locations.
Must be able to work independently and proactively identify sales opportunities.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education or sales certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Must be physically capable of performing job duties, including traveling and attending client meetings at various locations.
