Job Description
A leadership role responsible for supervising commercial roofing crews, supporting project managers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and with high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide roofing crews to complete projects safely, on time, and with high quality
- Support project managers in project execution and coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Develop and mentor team members to improve skills and performance
Requirements
- Experience in commercial roofing or related construction field with a proven track record of supervising roofing crews and supporting project managers.
- Ability to guide and lead roofing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and with the highest level of quality.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to developing others and serving customers.
- Demonstrated ability to support project managers in coordinating roofing projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to commercial roofing projects to ensure all work is completed safely.
- Physical ability to perform supervisory duties which may include inspecting work sites, overseeing crew activities, and ensuring safety compliance.
- Willingness to join the team immediately at the Indianapolis location.
